Accommodation booked on an APSSM conference rate:
All amendments and cancellations must be advised in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to arrival will incur a penalty and it is at the hotel’s discretion as to the cancellation penalty charged and could range from a minimum one-night charge up to the total cost of stay booked.
Accommodation booked on an Alternative hotel live rate within the Ozaccom+ system:
All terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.
All amendments and cancellations must be made directly with your chosen venue. For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the registration booking website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the APSSM 2019 Meeting Secretariat: [email protected]. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any direct changes if you have booked the conference rate.

Any applicable refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 4 March 2019, however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Social function attendance fees
Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on 4 March 2019 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
After 4 March 2019, no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
USANZ, APSSM and the Conference Organisers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the ASM, exhibition or related events.
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. USANZ/APSSM and the ASM & APSSM Meeting Secretariat accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
All registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
When you register for the APSSM 2019 Meeting (APSSM) we collect your personal information to facilitate your registration, payment and attendance at the APSSM, and to otherwise run our organisation. During your attendance at the Meeting, we may collect other personal information from you by photographing or video recording your image and/or voice for use in USANZ’s promotional material for the APSSM. You may refuse to provide us with some or all of your personal information, however, doing so may prevent you from being able to attend the APSSM, or reduce the services we can provide to you.
We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about USANZ events, urological news, or information related to the industry. You may elect to unsubscribe to USANZ news lists by clicking the ‘manage your subscription’ option at the footer of the enews emails or by sending a request to [email protected].
We may disclose your personal information to third parties, including other members, our representatives, contractors and agents, our professional advisers, auditors and insurers and your representatives and agents. An example disclosure is that we may provide an attendees list for the APSSM which includes your name, and we may publish a photograph of you at the APSSM in promotional materials, social media and/or our website.
Information gathered from registration and other APSSM forms will be used to administer the Meeting including accommodation, catering, transport and sponsorship. Data obtained will remain the property of USANZ.

Attendees are advised that photographs and recordings of presentations may be taken during the meeting and reproduced for promotional purposes.
